High Protein Bread

!±8± High Protein Bread

The Atkins diet is not as popular as it once was. I remember my mother in Atkins in early 2000, for a while 'I thought it was the best idea ever. Who would not want a diet that you eat bacon as much as required?

The basic idea was to eat more protein at the expense of carbohydrates. The theory is that the body burn carbohydrates first, when I'm around, but if not, the body to burn fat. So, until the fat content of the diet and a reduction in carbohydrate. The diet can be difficult to follow, especially in the first two weeks.

The movement lost momentum (wrongly, in fact), even if Dr. Atkins died of a heart attack. Screams.

That is, there is still much that is doing the Atkins thing. Hell is truly Atkins: If you're a bodybuilder or you're training or just to grow, much proteins is a good thing.

Here is a recipe for a high-protein diet bread

Water - 1.25 cups

Vegetable oil -1.5 tbsp

Honey - 1.5 tbsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Wheat germ - 3 tablespoons

Soybean meal - 1.33 cups

Whole wheat flour - 1.33 cups

Bread Flour - 1.66 cups

Dry Milk - One-third of a cup

Baking powder - 2 tsp

Warning - You could, on the basis of the recipe to guess that this is not a light, fluffy bread. With more than flour and wheat germ, as we usually see, a piece will be dense enough. It tastes pretty good evenhowever, and we disagree on the protein to eat.
